  • 2 cans tuna in water (10 ounces in total)
  • 1 cup milk fat free
  • 4 slices cheese fat free
  • 8 ounces pepper drained
  • 1 can Campbell's asparagus soup 8 ounces
  • 1 can peas 8 ounces
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeño peppers cut in squares
  • 8 ounces noodles whole wheat
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a frying pan, cook all the ingredients except jalapeños and noodles.
  2. Make sure the cheese is melted and everything is hot enough.
  3. Cook the noodles according to instructions on the package. Drain and rinse the noodles with warm water.
  4. Mix the sauce and the noodles, adding the jalapeños and seasoning to taste

    1. Please look at the recipe, it is 8 oz of PEAS … NOT peppers…. If you use 8 oz of jalapeno peppers you are going to have to call the fire department!
