Rinse the chicken breast and cut them in cubes small enough to be eaten with a fork. Season the chicken with the lime and garlic and let them rest in the refrigerator until ready to use. Using a saucepan, cook the chicken in very little oil at high heat until it changes color.
In a rice cooker, place all the ingredients, stir well, cover and turn on.
Once the rice is ready, stir with a fork and begin serving.
Serve with maduros (sweet plantains).
