Barbecue Eggplant

eggplants

oil

vinager

tablespoons
parsley

tablespoons
butter

tablespoons
salt

tablespoons
pepper
Instructions
Cut the eggplant in half, and take out the seeds. Then peel and place them and place on top of the marinate.
Leave marinating for an hour.
Cook them in the barbeque, bathing the eggplants constantly. You can cut them before serving.
Directions for the Marinate
Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt, parsley and pepper.
Place it in a bowl.
