Ingredients

coconut frying oil

Instructions
Place the chopped beef in a bowl.
Submerge the breadcrumbs in milk for 15 minutes.
Peel and cut the onion very finely.
Rinse the green pepper, take out the seeds and membranes, and cut them in little pieces.
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Add the chili powder and 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut.
Add the onion, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, and tomato sauce, mixing well with the hands.
Divide the beef in 12 equal parts, and form little balls. Then cover them with the remaining shredded coconut.
In a frying pan heat the oil, and brown the meatballs covering the whole surface. Cook them 7 to 9
