Chimichurri Marinade
Ingredients

garlic clove

teaspoons
chili powder
or hot pepper (serrano, jalapeño, or habanero)

tablespoons
parsley
or cilantro
2
cups
vinegar
1
cup
oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Finely chop the garlic, chili or hot pepper, and the parsley or cilantro.
Mix all the remaining ingredients.
Use as marinade or a sauce for meats and vegetables.
