Chimichurri Marinade
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2teaspoons chili powderor hot pepper (serrano, jalapeño, or habanero)
  • 2tablespoons parsleyor cilantro
  • 2cups vinegar
  • 1cup oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Finely chop the garlic, chili or hot pepper, and the parsley or cilantro.
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Use as marinade or a sauce for meats and vegetables.
