Chinese Whole Wheat Pasta

In a saucepan with plenty of water, boil the pasta per the instructions on the package (approximately 7 minutes).
In a stir-fry pan or wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the vegetables.
Add the peanuts and the boiled pasta.
Decorate with the avocado, and season with the gomasio.
