Chinese Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 3tablespoons olive oilsesame or peanut.
  • 12ounces Asian vegetablesfrozen
  • 16ounces whole-wheat pasta
  • 1/2cup peanuts
  • 1 Mexican avocadochopped in cubes
  • Gomasio to taste (ground sesame seeds with salt).
  1. In a saucepan with plenty of water, boil the pasta per the instructions on the package (approximately 7 minutes).
  2. In a stir-fry pan or wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the vegetables.
  3. Add the peanuts and the boiled pasta.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Decorate with the avocado, and season with the gomasio.
