Place the milk in the heat with the water, the margarine, and the salt.
When just starts to boil, add all the flour, take it out of the heat and mix it vigorously, until the dough gets soft.
Place the dough in a “churrera” or a baking piping nozzle, and form the churro
Fry them in a very hot oil (390 ˚F).
While still hot, you can bathe them in common sugar.
Suggestion: never form the churros on top of the hot oil; instead, form them on a baking paper, and then fry them.
