Coffe Ice Cream or Coffee Semifreddo
Ingredients
4
egg yolks
3/4
cups
sugar
2
spoons
instant coffee
4
cups
heavy cream
Instructions
Mix the yolks with the sugar.
Once everything is mixed, add the heavy cream and mix until it reaches consistency.
Add the coffee.
Pour the mixture into a mold and leave it in the freezer for four hours.
Take it out of the freezer and unmold onto a plate.
You may use whipping cream and raspberries to decorate.
