Coffe Ice Cream or Coffee Semifreddo
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3/4cups sugar
  • 2spoons instant coffee
  • 4cups heavy cream
  1. Mix the yolks with the sugar.
  2. Once everything is mixed, add the heavy cream and mix until it reaches consistency.
  3. Add the coffee.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and leave it in the freezer for four hours.
  5. Take it out of the freezer and unmold onto a plate.
  6. You may use whipping cream and raspberries to decorate.
