Corn and Mango Salad
Ingredients

corn cobs
cooked and shucked
2
ripped mangoes,
chopped in small cubes
6
ounces
black eye peas
cooked, rinsed, and drained
Italian dressing
to taste
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients.
Season to taste.
You can serve it as a salad or side dish for any meal.
