Corn and Mango Salad
Ingredients
  • 6 corn cobscooked and shucked
  • 2 ripped mangoes,chopped in small cubes
  • 6ounces black eye peascooked, rinsed, and drained
  • Italian dressingto taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. You can serve it as a salad or side dish for any meal.
