Fish Soup
Ingredients

onion
chopped

tablespoons
butter
or margarine

can
cream of celery
1
can
clam chowder
2
measures
water
using the soup can
1 1/2
pound
fish
chopped in cubes
1
tablespoon
parsley
finely chopped
Instructions
In a saucepan, stir-fry the onion with the butter.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook it at medium heat.
Finish cooking when the fish changes color and looks cooked.
