Fish Soup
  • 1 onionchopped
  • 2tablespoons butteror margarine
  • 1can cream of celery
  • 1can clam chowder
  • 2measures waterusing the soup can
  • 1 1/2pound fishchopped in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon parsleyfinely chopped
  1. In a saucepan, stir-fry the onion with the butter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook it at medium heat.
  3. Finish cooking when the fish changes color and looks cooked.
