Huancaína Sauce
Ingredients

olive oil

heavy cream

onion

eggs yolks
cooked

cup
cottage cheese

jalapeño pepper
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender, until the consistency becomes uniform and thick.
Keep it inside the fridge, and take it out immediately before serving, cold.
