Huancaína Sauce
  • 1/2cup olive oil
  • 1/2cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3 eggs yolkscooked
  • 1/2cup cottage cheese
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender, until the consistency becomes uniform and thick.
  2. Keep it inside the fridge, and take it out immediately before serving, cold.
