Cook the ground beef in a microwave-safe bowl, covered with wax paper for 6 to 8 minutes in high, or until pink on the inside.
Stir the beef halfway during cooking time. Drain the liquid, and leave approximately 2 tablespoons of it in the beef.
Add the tomato sauces, water, soup, seasonings, and sugar. Cover it with wax paper, and cook it for 6 to 8 minutes in high or until it boils, stirring it halfway during its cooking time.
Lower the microwave option to 30%, and keep cooking for 10 more minutes.
In a baking recipient, build the layers with the pasta, cottage or ricotta, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Top it off with the remaining tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and cover the recipient with wax paper.
Cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it’s completely hot.
Leave it to settle for 6 to 8 minutes, before serving.
