Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients

pounds
pumpkin
cooked, or 3 cups can pumpkin
3
cups
milk
boiled
1
tablespoon
sugar
or 2 tablespoon brown sugar
1
pinch
saffron
or pepper
1/2
cup
ham
chopped in small cubes
salt and pepper
to taste
sour cream
to taste (if you want)
cinnamon
to taste (if you want)
nutmeg
to taste (if you want)
Instructions
Mix the milk with the pumpkin, add the rest of the ingredients, and heat them to boil constantly.
Serve immediately.
Add a tablespoon of sour cream on top of the soup, to each plate, if you want.
