Pumpkin Soup
  • 2pounds pumpkin cooked, or 3 cups can pumpkin
  • 3cups milkboiled
  • 1tablespoon sugaror 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1pinch saffron or pepper
  • 1/2cup hamchopped in small cubes
  • salt and pepperto taste
  • sour creamto taste (if you want)
  • cinnamonto taste (if you want)
  • nutmegto taste (if you want)
  1. Mix the milk with the pumpkin, add the rest of the ingredients, and heat them to boil constantly.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Add a tablespoon of sour cream on top of the soup, to each plate, if you want.
