Regent Rice
  • 3cups ricemeasurements (using the rice cooker measure)
  • 3cups watermeasurements
  • 1tablespoon salt
  • 2tablespoon lime juice
  • 3tablespoon oil
  • 2tablespoon garlic powder
Ingredients for the sauce
  • 2 chicken breastscooked and chopped in cubes
  • 3tablespoons butter
  • 2tablespoons flour
  • 1/2cup white wine
  • 1can chicken broth
  • white pepperto taste
  • sweet peasto garnish
  • sweet peppersto garnish
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the rice cooker and mix them well, until cooked.
Instructions for the sauce
  1. Heat the butter and add the flour, mixing it well.
  2. Add the chicken breast until the sauce is soft.
  3. Add the wine, pepper, and chicken.
  4. Garnish the rice with the sweet peas and the sweet pepper, and serve the sauce on top of the rice.
