Risotto with Ham and Mushrooms
Ingredients

cup
sweet peas
1/2
cup
mushrooms
sliced
1
tablespoon
vegestable oil
1
tablespoon
parsley
chopped
1
can
mushroom
Campbell´s soup
1
cup
rice
1
cup
ham
chopped in cubes
2
cup
milk
Instructions
Cook the rice as indicated in the package.
In a frying pan stir-fry the mushrooms and the sweet peas for 5 minutes. Add the ham, soup, milk, and parsley.
Let it boil for 5 minutes, and stir regularly.
Once ready, mix it with the rice.
