Salmon Mousse
Ingredients

gelatin powder
without flavor (a packet)

cup
water
cold

Mayonnaise
1/2
cup
heavy cream
low fat

tablespoons
lemon juice

tablespoon
salt
1
cup
celery
1/4
cup
pickles
finely chopped

tablespoons
Horseradish sauce
1
pound
salmon,
shredded (or a can, drained)
Instructions
In a double boiler, dissolve the gelatin powder without flavor.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, add he gelatin.
Mix everything evenly, and place it in a mold.
Place the mixture in the fridge, until firm. Serve with crackers.
