Salmon Mousse
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powderwithout flavor (a packet)
  • 1/4cup watercold
  • 1cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2cup heavy creamlow fat
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1tablespoon salt
  • 1cup celery
  • 1/4 cup picklesfinely chopped
  • 2tablespoons Horseradish sauce
  • 1pound salmon,shredded (or a can, drained)
  1. In a double boiler, dissolve the gelatin powder without flavor.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, add he gelatin.
  3. Mix everything evenly, and place it in a mold.
  4. Place the mixture in the fridge, until firm. Serve with crackers.
