Ingredients

2 to 3 pounds
salmon fillet

large
potatoes
peeled and cut in slices
1
tomato
cut in slices
2
tablespoons
olive oil
1
cup
fish broth
parsley, salt, and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a baking-resistant bowl, cover the bottom with olive oil using a brush, and place the potatoes.
Cover them with the fish broth or water, and bake it at 350 ˚F for 10 or 15 minutes.
Place the tomato on top of the potatoes. Then place the salmon, previously seasoned with parsley, salt, and pepper, on top of the tomato.
Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil, and bake it at 350 ˚F for 15 minutes
