Shrimp-filled avocados
Ingredients

Hass Mexican avocados
1
pound
small shrimp
cooked
1
can
tuna
in water
1/2
cup
mayonnaise light
original flavor yogurt, or Miracle Whip light
1
celery stalk
finely chopped
4
ounces
sweet peppers
6
ounces
peanuts
Lettuce
to garnish
Hot sauce
to taste
salt, and peppe
to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocados in halves, take out the seed and the skin, and place them in plates over a bed of lettuce.
Mix all the ingredients, except the peanuts.
Fill the avocados and keep them in the fridge to get them cold.
