Shrimp-filled avocados
  • 3 Hass Mexican avocados
  • 1pound small shrimpcooked
  • 1can tunain water
  • 1/2cup mayonnaise lightoriginal flavor yogurt, or Miracle Whip light
  • 1 celery stalkfinely chopped
  • 4ounces sweet peppers
  • 6ounces peanuts
  • Lettuceto garnish
  • Hot sauceto taste
  • salt, and peppe to taste
  1. Cut the avocados in halves, take out the seed and the skin, and place them in plates over a bed of lettuce.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, except the peanuts.
  3. Fill the avocados and keep them in the fridge to get them cold.
