Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 2cups mushrooms
  • 1pound hot Italian sausage
  • 8ounces cream cheese
  1. Rinse and dry the mushrooms thoroughly. Remove the steams.
  2. In a stirfry pan, cook the Italian sausage and add the cream cheese.
  3. Fill the mushrooms with this mixtue, and place them in the oven to heat them. Serve hot.
