Mustard Ham
Ingredients:
- 1 – 16oz. Iberia ready to eat ham
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
Procedure:
Pre heat the oven at 325F degrees
Lay the ham in an oven safe dish and with a sharp knife make some diamond shape cuts on top of it.
Mix both mustards and the honey, pour the mix over it and bake for about 15 minutes or until the ham is totally warm.
Ham in Guava Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 – 16oz, Iberia ready to eat ham
- 14oz. Iberia guava paste
- 4oz. of water
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Procedure:
Pre heat oven at 325F degrees
Cut the guava in cubes. In a small sauce pan at low medium heat dissolve the guava and the water with a Wisk until it acquires a smooth texture, use more water if necessary.
Add the mustard to the paste, mix it well and set aside.
Lay the ham in an oven safe dish, with a sharp knife make some diamond shape cuts on top of the ham, pour the mix over it and bake for about 15 minutes or until the ham is totally warm.
Tropical Glaze Ham
Ingredients:
- 1 – 16oz, Iberia ready to eat ham
- cloves
- 1 orange cut in slices
- 3 table spoons Iberia Pure Cane turbinado Sugar (Brown sugar)
- 6oz. pineapple juice
Procedure:
Pre heat oven at 325F degrees
Cover the bottom of an oven safe dish with the orange slices. Lay the ham over the oranges and with a sharp knife make some diamond shape cuts on top of the ham, introducing a clove in each of the crossing lines.
Mix the pineapple juice with the sugar and pour this mix over the ham and bake for about 15 minutes or until the ham is totally warm.
