Tuna Casserole
  • 2cans tunain water (10 ounces in total)
  • 1cup milkfat free
  • 4slices cheesefat free
  • 8ounces pepperdrained
  • 1can Campbell’s asparagus soup8 ounces
  • 1can peas8 ounces
  • 2teaspoons jalapeño pepperscut in squares
  • 8ounces noodleswhole wheat
  • garlic powderto taste
  • salt and pepperto taste
  1. In a frying pan, cook all the ingredients except jalapeños and noodles.
  2. Make sure the cheese is melted and everything is hot enough.
  3. Cook the noodles according to instructions on the package. Drain and rinse the noodles with warm water.
  4. Mix the sauce and the noodles, adding the jalapeños and seasoning to taste
