Turkey Stuffing
  • 1pound pork grounded
  • 1/4 pound cooked hamfinely chopped
  • 1 onionchopped in cubes
  • 4 cloves garliccrushed
  • 1 green pepperchopped
  • 1 tomatochopped
  • 1 or 2packets culantro, achiote and oreganoseasoning
  • 1cube or packet ham brothconcentrated
  • 3/4cup evaporated milk
  • 2cups corn breador croutons for stuffing
  • 4ounces sweet peppers
  • 1 green applechopped
  • 3ounces almonds
  • 2teblespoons capers
  • 6 prunesor raisins
  • 6 olivesseedless
  • 1 eggboiled
  1. In a pan at high heat, cook the pork until it changes color.
  2. Add the ham and the onion, stirring once in a while until the onion looks transparent.
  3. Add the garlic, stir, and cook some more minutes. Then add the sweet pepper and the tomato.
  4. Dilute the cube or concentrated ham broth in a cup of water. Then use this mix and the seasoning packet to season the contents of the pan. Keep the cooking at medium/high heat, until it boils.
  5. Add the milk and the rest of the ingredients, but the egg. Stir, lower the heat, and keep on cooking for some more minutes.
  6. When serving, grind the egg and sprinkle the stuffing with it.
