Vegeterian Hamburger
Ingredients
  • 1/2 oniosfinely chopped
  • 1 1/4cup vegetable broth
  • 1cup bulgur wheat
  • 2cups chickpeascooked
  • 1pinch salt
  • 1/4cup mozzarella cheesegrated
Instructions
  1. In a pot, bring the broth to boil.
  2. Add the bulgur wheat, chickpeas, and salt. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and let it sit for 15 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Mash all the ingredients with a fork, and add the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Form the hamburgers and cook them in a frying pan with oil.
