  • 1/4 cup sweet peas
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegestable oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 can mushroom Campbell´s soup
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup ham chopped in cubes
  • 2 cup milk

Instructions
  1. Cook the rice as indicated in the package.
  2. In a frying pan stir-fry the mushrooms and the sweet peas for 5 minutes. Add the ham, soup, milk, and parsley.
  3. Let it boil for 5 minutes, and stir regularly.
  4. Once ready, mix it with the rice.
