- 1 9 inches pie crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherries for pie crust

Instructions
- Using the mixer, soften the cream cheese.
- Slowly add the condensed milk, until it blends well with the cream cheese.
- Add the lemon juice and the vanilla extract.
- Pour in the pie crust, and let it cool for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
- Cover it with the cherries before serving.
