- 1 chicken breast boneless and skinless
- 6 ounces potato chips sour cream or original flavor
- 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 400 ˚F. Directions
- If the breast is too thick, reduce it by cutting it sideways, or hit it with a mallet.
- Cut the breast in stripes.
- Place the potato chips in a resalable plastic bag. Then, crush the potato by using a soupspoon or a mallet.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water, and coat the chicken with the mixture.
- Press the chicken into the potato chips, and place them in an oven rack.
- Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, turning them while they’re being cooked.
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, using a fork to mix them all and to ensure it is uniform and without lumps.
