HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 400 ˚F. Directions
  2. If the breast is too thick, reduce it by cutting it sideways, or hit it with a mallet.
  3. Cut the breast in stripes.
  4. Place the potato chips in a resalable plastic bag. Then, crush the potato by using a soupspoon or a mallet.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg with the water, and coat the chicken with the mixture.
  6. Press the chicken into the potato chips, and place them in an oven rack.
  7. Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, turning them while they’re being cooked.
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, using a fork to mix them all and to ensure it is uniform and without lumps.
