Instructions
  1. Combine the Sazón with the brown sugar and sprinkle the chops, salt pepper to taste and place them in a sealable bag or in a bowl to finish marinating. Add the onion, sour orange and oil to the bag with the chops.
  2. Leave marinate in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  3. Preheat an embossed grill for a few minutes at medium high temperature, reduce the temperature to medium low and cook the chops on both sides until the chops temperature reads 150F.

Chuletas de Cerdo a la Naranja

 

Ingredientes:

4 chuletas de cerdo

2 sobrecito de Sazón con cilantro y achote

½ cucharadita de azúcar morena

Sal y pimienta a gusto

½ cebolla en ruedas

1 taza de naranja agria

2 cucharadas de aceite


Procedimiento
:

Une la Sazón con el azúcar Morena y espolvorear las chuletas, sal pimiento a gusto y colócalas en una bolsa sellable o en un bol para terminar de marinar.  Agrega a la bolsa con las chuletas la cebolla, la naranja agria y el aceite.

Deja marina en el refrigerador por lo menos media hora.

Precalienta una parrilla con relieves por unos minutos a temperatura media alta, reduce la temperatura a media alta y cocina las chuletas por los dos lados hasta que la temperatura de la chuleta lea 150F.
