  • 1 egg
  • 12 almonds
  • 1 cup rainsins
  • 1 cup sherry
  • 4 ounces ham chopped
  • 4 ounces lean pork chopped
  • 4 veal butter chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix all the meats with the raisins, almonds, sherry, apples, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
  3. Brush the turkey with butter on the outside
  4. Bake at 375 ºF, bathing it with its own juice until the thigh’s internal temperature reaches 180 ºF, which last approximately 2 1/2 hours.
