Ingredients
- 1 pound pork grounded
- 1/4 pound cooked ham finely chopped
- 1 onion chopped in cubes
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 or 2 packets culantro, achiote and oregano seasoning
- 1 cube or packet ham broth concentrated
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups corn bread or croutons for stuffing
- 4 ounces sweet peppers
- 1 green apple chopped
- 3 ounces almonds
- 2 teblespoons capers
- 6 prunes or raisins
- 6 olives seedless
- 1 egg boiled

Instructions
- In a pan at high heat, cook the pork until it changes color.
- Add the ham and the onion, stirring once in a while until the onion looks transparent.
- Add the garlic, stir, and cook some more minutes. Then add the sweet pepper and the tomato.
- Dilute the cube or concentrated ham broth in a cup of water. Then use this mix and the seasoning packet to season the contents of the pan. Keep the cooking at medium/high heat, until it boils.
- Add the milk and the rest of the ingredients, but the egg. Stir, lower the heat, and keep on cooking for some more minutes.
- When serving, grind the egg and sprinkle the stuffing with it.
