Instructions
- In a pot, bring the broth to boil.
- Add the bulgur wheat, chickpeas, and salt. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and let it sit for 15 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
- Mash all the ingredients with a fork, and add the mozzarella cheese.
- Form the hamburgers and cook them in a frying pan with oil.
