Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 pie dough frozen
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 10 ounces broccoli 1 packet frozen and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Swiss cheese or Monterrey grated
- 3 eggs beaten
- pepper and parmesan cheese to taste

Instructions
- Cook the broccoli according to the instructions on the packet. Drain it and let it cool.
- Pinch the pie dough with a fork. This will prevent it from rising when baking.
- Place the cheese at the bottom of the pie dough. Add the broccoli and the onion.
- In a bowl mix the eggs, the heavy whip cream, the milk, and the seasonings.
- Place this mixture in the pie dough, and sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 375 ˚F for 40 to 45 minutes. Once ready, let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
