Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil sesame or peanut.
- 12 ounces Asian vegetables frozen
- 16 ounces whole-wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 Mexican avocado chopped in cubes
- Gomasio to taste (ground sesame seeds with salt).

Instructions
- In a saucepan with plenty of water, boil the pasta per the instructions on the package (approximately 7 minutes).
- In a stir-fry pan or wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the vegetables.
- Add the peanuts and the boiled pasta.
- Stir well.
- Decorate with the avocado, and season with the gomasio.
