Ingredients
- 1 Cuban Bread (similar to a French baguette)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 3 slices Sugar-cured ham
- 2 slices Pork shoulder
- Dill pickles
- Yellow mustard to taste

Recipe Notes
Slice the bread in half. Place the two slices of Swiss cheese, three slices of sugar-cured ham, 2 slices of pork loin and the dill pickles. Spread the mustard on the inside of the top piece of bread.
Lightly butter the bread on the top and using a Panini press, warm the sandwich.
