Ingredients
- 3 cup rice
- 6 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cilantro fresh and well grounded
- 1 can corn (15 1/4 ounces)
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Using a saucepan with a lid, mix all of the ingredients.
- Cook on high heat until it boils, and mix well. Put the lid and reduce the heat, until it dries.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool for five minutes.
