- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pounds mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 pound beef ground
- 1 pound dry cottage or ricotta cheese
- 1 packet onion soup dehydrated
- 10 lasagna sheets cooked
- pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste

Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a microwave-safe bowl, covered with wax paper for 6 to 8 minutes in high, or until pink on the inside.
- Stir the beef halfway during cooking time. Drain the liquid, and leave approximately 2 tablespoons of it in the beef.
- Add the tomato sauces, water, soup, seasonings, and sugar. Cover it with wax paper, and cook it for 6 to 8 minutes in high or until it boils, stirring it halfway during its cooking time.
- Lower the microwave option to 30%, and keep cooking for 10 more minutes.
- In a baking recipient, build the layers with the pasta, cottage or ricotta, sauce and mozzarella cheese. Top it off with the remaining tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and cover the recipient with wax paper.
- Cook on high for 10 to 12 minutes, or until it’s completely hot.
- Leave it to settle for 6 to 8 minutes, before serving.
