  • 3 cups rice measurements (using the rice cooker measure)
  • 3 cups water measurements
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
Ingredients for the sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • white pepper to taste
  • sweet peas to garnish
  • sweet peppers to garnish

Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the rice cooker and mix them well, until cooked.
Instructions for the sauce
  1. Heat the butter and add the flour, mixing it well.
  2. Add the chicken breast until the sauce is soft.
  3. Add the wine, pepper, and chicken.
  4. Garnish the rice with the sweet peas and the sweet pepper, and serve the sauce on top of the rice.
