Ingredients
- 2 pounds pumpkin cooked, or 3 cups can pumpkin
- 3 cups milk boiled
- 1 tablespoon sugar or 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch saffron or pepper
- 1/2 cup ham chopped in small cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
- sour cream to taste (if you want)
- cinnamon to taste (if you want)
- nutmeg to taste (if you want)

Instructions
- Mix the milk with the pumpkin, add the rest of the ingredients, and heat them to boil constantly.
- Serve immediately.
- Add a tablespoon of sour cream on top of the soup, to each plate, if you want.
