- 1 8 to 10 pounds turkey
- 1 egg
- 12 almonds
- 1 cup rainsins
- 1 cup sherry
- 4 ounces ham chopped
- 4 ounces lean pork chopped
- 4 veal butter chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix all the meats with the raisins, almonds, sherry, apples, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Brush the turkey with butter on the outside
- Bake at 375 ºF, bathing it with its own juice until the thigh’s internal temperature reaches 180 ºF, which last approximately 2 1/2 hours.
