8 oz peppers drained what kind
8 oz peas. NOT peppers……. Check the recipe carefully please, or you are going to have a very unhappy meal. 🙁
Because everyone in the world uses mushroom soup and Chef Pepin is giving you something different and delicious.
Please look at the recipe, it is 8 oz of PEAS … NOT peppers…. If you use 8 oz of jalapeno peppers you are going to have to call the fire department!
Pimientos Morrones

You can used both. To me cream of asparagus has more flavor.
