- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large onion
- 1 pound beef chopped
- 1 large chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 6 tablespoons coconut frying oil shredded
- 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
- Place the chopped beef in a bowl.
- Submerge the breadcrumbs in milk for 15 minutes.
- Peel and cut the onion very finely.
- Rinse the green pepper, take out the seeds and membranes, and cut them in little pieces.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Add the chili powder and 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut.
- Add the onion, pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, and tomato sauce, mixing well with the hands.
- Divide the beef in 12 equal parts, and form little balls. Then cover them with the remaining shredded coconut.
- In a frying pan heat the oil, and brown the meatballs covering the whole surface. Cook them 7 to 9
