  • 3 Hass Mexican avocados
  • 1 pound small shrimp cooked
  • 1 can tuna in water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise light original flavor yogurt, or Miracle Whip light
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 4 ounces sweet peppers
  • 6 ounces peanuts
  • Lettuce to garnish
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • salt, and peppe to taste

Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in halves, take out the seed and the skin, and place them in plates over a bed of lettuce.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, except the peanuts.
  3. Fill the avocados and keep them in the fridge to get them cold.
