- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 cup baking flour

Instructions
- Place the milk in the heat with the water, the margarine, and the salt.
- When just starts to boil, add all the flour, take it out of the heat and mix it vigorously, until the dough gets soft.
- Place the dough in a “churrera” or a baking piping nozzle, and form the churro
- Fry them in a very hot oil (390 ˚F).
- While still hot, you can bathe them in common sugar.
- Suggestion: never form the churros on top of the hot oil; instead, form them on a baking paper, and then fry them.
